COMMON PRAYER: Civil Miscellaneous Appeals filed under Section 47 of the Guardians and Wards Act, to set aside the judgment and decree passed by the IV Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli in G.W.O.P.Nos.196 and 197 of 2014, dated 30.11.2015 by allowing these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals with costs.

For Appellants :Mr.S.Selvakumar in both CMAs COMMON JUDGMENT These Civil Miscellaneous Appeals have been filed to set aside the judgment and decree passed by the IV Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli in G.W.O.P.Nos.196 and 197 of 2014, dated 30.11.2015. 2.The said G.W.O.P.Nos.196 and 197 of 2014 were filed by the appellants under Section 29 of the Guardians and Wards Act 1890, to permit them to sell the immovable properties of their minor children, which were dismissed by the learned IV Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli. Against the said order, the appellants have filed these appeals before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that now the minor children became major and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in these appeals.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
