PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to withdraw the case in Crime No.366 of 2022 from the file of the third respondent and entrust the same to the first respondent, consequently directing the first respondent to appoint a competent Police Officer to investigate the case and final report before the competent Court of law in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. In view of the above, the learned Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimaruthur, is directed to number the charge sheet and proceed with the trial.
