Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to disburse the bill amount for the works completed pursuant to the work orders dt 25.11.2019 and 6.10.2020 by considering the representations of the petitioner dt 21.5.2021 and 5.6.2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case and thus render justice.

There was a direction that the petitioner herein should give fresh representation to the respondent.

It is stated by Mr.J.Anandkumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner that a fresh representation has been given, but the respondent again stated that certain documents are required.

2.An obligation is placed on the petitioner herein to submit those documents, as sought by the respondent, on or before 10.12.2021. On receipt of those documents, the respondent may pass orders in accordance with the direction in W.P(MD)No.11170 of 2020, dated 22.07.2021, on or before 10.01.2022.

3.The Contempt Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to proceed further again, if at all, the petitioner is of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CONT.P.(MD)No.1512 of 2021 the opinion that there is a breach of this particular time limit also.
