Seeking to quash the final report in C.C.No.184 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed by accused 1 to 3 and 5.

2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police, on instructions, would contend that a Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW) is issued against the present petitioners since they did not appear before the trial court.
