Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the III Additional Sub Court, Madurai District to complete the trial and dispose of the case in O.S.No.967 of 2022 pending on his file as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated by this Court.

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the III Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai District to complete the 1/4

trial and dispose of the case in O.S.No.967 of 2022 pending on his file as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. On perusal of the records it is seen that the suit has been filed by the petitioner / plaintiff, who is a widow, in the month of June 2022 and the same is pending for the past one year without any progress. In such circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking early disposal of the case.

4. Since the matter is pending for more than one year, this Court is inclined to direct the III Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai District to dispose of O.S.No.967 of 2022 pending on his file, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
