O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to include her properties in S.F.Nos.798A/1A2C1 and 798A/1A2C2 in the computerized patta No.1360 in Uthaythoor Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, by considering her representation dated 14.10.2024.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.M.Laxmi Mahendraa, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the petitioner, the property of the petitioner in the above mentioned survey numbers are found missing in the computerized patta No.1360, whereas in the manual patta, the above mentioned survey numbers are included in the name of the petitioner. Therefore, the 2/5

petitioner submitted a representation on 14.10.2024 before the first respondent seeking inclusion of above mentioned survey numbers in the computerized patta No.1360. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the third respondent has also conducted an enquiry on the application submitted by petitioner and final orders will be passed within the time limit fixed by this Court.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.10.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
