The petitions have been filed seeking orders to recognize the power agent namely Mohamed Abdullah, as per the General Power deed, executed by the first petitioner/first respondent herein, dated 07.05.2025 and also the power agent to conduct the main case.

2. Heard both both sides and also perused the records.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and list the matter on 29.06.2026.
