Seetharaman S/o. Palanisamy (i.e., the second respondent/Defacto Complaint herein) for which the above said first respondent summoned and also not to threaten to foist false cases. O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint made by one P. Seetharaman.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the first petitioner's husband Seetharaman, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.830 of 2022 and during the course of enquiry, the first petitioner has stated that she has issued a legal notice to the complainant and she will workout her remedy through appropriate proceeding. So, on that basis, the C.S.R was closed on 30.08.2022. Since as on date, no complaint is pending against the petitioner and now the matter has become infructuous. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
