ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, originally enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.440 of 2022 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents herein. Finding that it is a civil dispute between the parties, they have also given an undertaking that they will workout their remedy before the concerned civil Court. On the basis of the aforesaid undertaking, it was closed. After that, the present representation/complaint has been sent as if this petitioner has been assaulted by the accused persons and for that purpose, he seeks police protection. It is dated 27.08.2022. Now, it is kept pending.

3.Since the enquiry is kept pending, let the enquiry be completed within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, if so aggrieved, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 4.With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
