This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third Respondent herein to not to harass the Petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry based on the false complaint preferred by the fourth Respondent herein before the third Respondent.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner is running a furniture production unit in Kalingampatti Village, Athoor Taluk, Dindigul District. The said property belongs to the fourth Respondent. In the said property the Petitioner was inducted as tenant in the year 2009 and till date the Petitioner is paying the rent without any default. In these circumstances the fourth Respondent is compelling the Petitioner to vacate the property and hand over the possession. The Petitioner has also filed a suit against the fourth Respondent, while so the fourth Respondent filed a complaint before the third Respondent and the third Respondent is harassing the Petitioner under the guise of enquirty, 2/4

therefore he had approached this Court, seeking direction from this Court for not to harass.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the third Respondents conducted enquiry and closed the same.
