To call for the entire reocrds relating to the impugned order in Crl A.No.9/2017 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar dated 19.04.2022 confirming the Judgment and conviction made in C.C.No.55/2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar in C.C. No. 55/2014, Dated. 09.01.2017 and set aside the same. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. MARIAPPAN.G., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5988 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.472 of 2022 dated 19.05.2022.
