ORDER:- This Petition coming upon for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and earlier order of this Court dated 03.10.2019 and the letter in D.No.573, dated 21.08.2020 from the Judicial magistrate No.II, Thoothukudi and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.Samuel Gunasingh, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 03.10.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of D.V.P.O.No.10 of 2017 within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.1758/2020 dated 03.09.2020 wherein, the learned Judge citig Covid-19 lockdown has requested for extension of six months to comply with the above dated 03.10.2019.

3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioners in extending the time limit.
