ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus to the first respondent to consider his representation dated 22.07.2024 seeking necessary amendment in the patta issued by the second respondent in respect of the land in Survey No.247/5 and Patta No.1143 of Iluppakudi Village, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that an enquiry is fixed on 25.10.2024.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is allowed directing the petitioner to appear before the first respondent on 25.10.2024. On the said date, the first respondent shall hear the petitioner and pass orders within a period of four weeks therefrom. No costs.
