O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to secure the accused persons namely Sekar, Sathish, Dinesh, Panju, Vellaiyammal and Bakkiyalakshmi @ Andichi with respect to the petitioner's complaint in Crime No.76 of 2018 on the file of the respondent.

2.Heard both sides.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that there are totally six accused in Crime No.76 of 2018. All the accused persons have obtained anticipatory bail in Crime No.77 of 2018. Therefore, the arrest of the accused persons does not arise in the petition.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5932 of 2018 Petition is devoid of merits and it is dismissed. However, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.76 of 2018 and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
