2.This Court, on 15.09.2022, had ordered notice and also directed the learned Counsel for the Petitioner to cause notice on the learned Counsel who is appearing before the trial Court for the complainant. Till date, notice not taken. In such circumstances, interim stay already granted to the Petitioner cannot be extended.

3.The Petitioner is directed to appear before the learned trial Judge and co-operate with the trial Court. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhithurai, is directed to proceed with the trial and dispose of the case, within a reasonable period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
