The petitioner is the subscribers of Sri Gokulam Chit Funds and Finance(Private Limited), Kumbakonam and has lodged a complaint as against the Private Company and has submitted a representation before the District Registrar, Kumbakonam to take appropriate action based on his complaint.

2.Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions which he has received from the District Registrar, Kumbakonam submits that Sri Gokulam Chit Funds and Finance(Private Limited) has been registered under the Central Registrar Office at Chennai. Therefore, the petitioner has to work out his remedy only before the Registrar, Central Registration Office at Chennai. 2/4

3.Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. The learned Special Government Pleader is directed to furnish a copy of the written instructions to the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to file a necessary application before the concerned District Registrar for Chits. No costs.
