(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 15 to take suitable action to stop the activities of 18th respondent's installation of Batching Plant, Hot Mix Plant, etc., and other temporary structures and storage of raw materials and finished materials only in regard to the execution of four laning of TN/KL Border to Villukuri Road Project Section of NH 47 fork KM 43+000 to Km 70+250 in Tamil Nadu, in the above mentioned survey numbers admeasuring 6 acres at Kasim Manzil, Kariyamangalathu Vilai, Verkilambi Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 22.03.2018. 4/8
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
