Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks survey and demarcation of the petition mentioned land.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the memorandum dated 30.08.2022 whereby, the petitioner's request was already rejected. The copy of the same has also been given to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner. It is for the petitioner to question the said memorandum. In the said writ petition the petitioner has to necessarily implead the objector. With this liberty to the writ petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of.
