This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.1515 of 2022 on the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, (PCR), Tirunelveli, dated 18.08.2022 in Crime No. 114 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police. 1 / 4

2.It is seen from the records that the petitioner has obtained bail order before the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, (PCR), Tirunelveli. Without filing the petition for modification before the Court below, the petitioner has approached this Court for modifying the condition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition sought for.
