JUDGMENT

The appellants called absent consecutively for two hearings. On earlier occasion, it is represented that Mr.R.Subramanian, learned Senior Counsel, had no longer appeared on behalf of the appellants and Mr.Ranjith, learned counsel had filed vakalath on behalf of the appellants and the same has been returned by the Registry and hence, the Registry is directed to print the name of the appellants in the cause-list. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appears on behalf of the appellants either in person or through counsel.

2.In view of the above, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, for default. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
