ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to take necessary steps to conduct an interview to the post of Office Assistant under Scheduled Caste Priority Group-II(i) category within the stipulated period.

2.On account of efflux of time of about two years, the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition lost its relevance and therefore, we are not inclined to consider the same. More so, a direction to take necessary steps to conduct interview to the post of Office Assistant cannot be granted and for all these reasons, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
