ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to initiate appropriate legal action against the respondents 4 and 5 based on the writ petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2023 and subsequent representation dated 20.07.2024 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.P.Kottai Chamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ 2/4

petitioner, CSR No.274 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.

4. The main contention of the writ petitioner is that patta was obtained by the private respondents on the basis of the fraudulent document. But whether the document is genuine or not cannot be gone into by the police authorities and it is for the competent civil Court to decide about the same. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
