O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to issue the patta in favour of the petitioner, based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.11.2022.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner's representation has already been considered and orders were passed on 28.04.2023. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a copy of the said order has not been served on the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the learned Special Government Pleader is directed to issue a copy of the proceedings to the petitioner and accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order by way of appeal or in the manner known to law. No costs.
