2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions from the officials who are present before this Court made a submission that the encroachments were removed from the subject property in entirety and submitted photographs to establish that the encroachments were removed. That being the factum, no further adjudication is required and the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
