JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up for the hearing on 30.10.2023, there was no representation on the side of the appellant. Hence, the case was posted on 22.11.2023 under the caption 'For Dismissal'. On 22.11.2023, for taking steps for R-1, the case was adjourned to 13.12.2023. On 13.12.2023, again for taking steps for R-1, the case was adjourned to 22.01.2024 and a direction was given to the Registry to remove the caption 'For Dismissal'.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, no steps was taken for R-1. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
