When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this is a Petition filed by the Petitioners seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.5 of 2020 on the file of the first Respondent. It is the further submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that investigation had been completed and final report had been laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, which was taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate for the offence punishable under Sections 143 and 341 2/4

IPC. The case is taken on file as S.T.C.No.1125 of 2022. 2.In the light of the submission made by the learned Additional Public, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
