PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's two daughters namely, Madhudeepika aged about 13 years and Krishna Thulasi aged about 9 years, daughter of Prithiviraj, from the illegal custody of the fourth respondent before this Court and hand over their custody to the petitioner.
