ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to defer with the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner by the respondent in his proceedings in Ku.Aa.No. 09157/698/NePe.1/Utha 2/Ko. Thani/2023-2024, dated 18.12.2024, till the disposal of the criminal case pending on the file of the Honble District Court, Karur in SPL.CC.No.1 of 2025.
2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that already the petitioner filed a Discharge Application in Application No.32 of 2025 in Special Case (Spl.C.C.) No.1 of 2025 before the learned District Judge, Karur and the said application may be disposed of by the Court below within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
5. Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the learned District Judge, Karur, to dispose of the Discharge Application in Application No.32 of 2025 in SPL.CC.No.1 of 2025, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
