This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.546 of 2016 on the file of the learned District Mahila Judge, Madurai District.

2. The defacto complainant is present in person. She does not want to pursue the matter. The parties have filed joint memo of compromise dated 06.10.2021.
