Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VISHNURAM G, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14129 of 2022 dated 04.08.2022 2.It is seen that the impugned order was not annexed with the typed set in the petition. Further the reasons given by the learned counsel for the petitioner for not complying with the conditions in the affidavit is not satisfactory.

3.Hence the petition stands dismissed.
