RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition the petitioner shall deposit a sum Rs.5000/- (five thousand only) to credit of Crime No.42/2022 before the Trial Court concern imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.14129/2022, dated 04.08.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VISHNURAM G, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.VEERANDHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5000/- to credit of Crime No.42 of 2022 before the trial Court imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14129 of 2022.

2. It is seen that the impugned order was not annexed with the typed set in the petition. Further the reasons given by the learned counsel for the petitioner for not complying with the conditions in the affidavit is not satisfactory.

3. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
