the VI Additional District Court, Madurai, confirming the judgment and decree, dated 12.10.2012 passed in O.S.No.294 of 2011 on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Madurai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellants circulated a letter to the Registry, dated 09.03.2026, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent is present.

4. Permission is granted. In view of the above, this Section Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
