Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUNANIDHI.R., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11586 of 2022 on 18.07.2022. 2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.On the side of prosecution it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.

4.Considering the nature of offence and stage of investigation, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11586 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall comply the condition once in week, ie., on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
