ORDER

Seeking to take action on the petition's representation dated 11.06.2026, this writ petition is filed.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondent, notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the proposed accused is running a travel booking office under the name 'Friends Travels' adjacent to the petitioner's fancy store. The proposed accused is continuously creating trouble by parking his vehicle before the petitioner's shop, hindering his business. In this regard, when the petitioner had requested the proposed accused not to park his vehicle before the petitioner's shop, that was not taken in the right spirit by the private respondent and had indulged in criminally intimidating the petitioner with dire consequences. Hence, he had lodged a complaint on 23.06.2026, for which C.S.R.No.175 of 2026 was issued. Thereafter, no action has been taken. Hence, this writ petition.

The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that proper action was taken by putting the petitioner as well as the proposed accused on notice and both the persons have appeared before the respondent police. Pursuant to which, the 3rd respondent had given a written undertaking that he will not repeat the same by parking his vehicle before the petitioner's shop. 2/4

5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

6. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) that only after obtaining an undertaking in writing from the 3rd respondent, the complaint lodged by the petitioner is closed, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
