Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908, to set aside the fair and decreetal orders dated 12-06-2023 passed in I.A.No.2 of 2023 in C.M.A.No.15 of 2023, on the file of Principal District Court, Tirunelveli. ORDER : This Civil Revision petition coming under caption for "Entension of time" on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 14.08.2023, and the requistion letter, in D.No.17757 of 2023, dated 25.09.2023, received from the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli seeking further time to dispose the application in I.A.No.2 of 2023 in C.M.A.No.15 of 2023, this Court made the following order: This matter is listed today under the caption for 'extension of time'.

2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order, dated 14.08.2023, directed the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli, to restore the application in I.A.No.2 of 2023 filed to stay the execution proceedings and dispose of the same within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of that order. The learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli, has submitted a requisition, dated 2/4

25.09.2023, stating that the petitioner side was heard and the case stands posted for the respondent side enquiry and seeks one month further time.

3. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant one month time to dispose of the petition.

4. Accordingly, the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli, is hereby directed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.2 of 2023 in C.M.A.No.15 of 2023, within a period of one month from today.
