This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's PMAY's scheme house building worker and the petitioner for the life and limb based upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.03.2018. 2.Heard both sides.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 19.03.2018, the second respondent conducted an enquiry and closed the complaint as "Mistake of fact". The third and fourth respondents are none other than the brothers of the petitioner. Therefore, police protection cannot be granted in this petition.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner and the third and fourth respondents shall settle the issue between them amicably.
