ORDER

The petitioner had given a representation on 23.09.2021 through online seeking patta in his name and in the name of his brother V.Senthil Kumar with respect to property in Survey No.1603/1 Eastern side as per Town Survey Register in T.S.No.8/7 measuring 1 Acre and out of 1.74 Acres out of 3.48 Acres at Uthamapuram Village, Cumbam Municipality, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District. The representation was dated as stated on 23.09.2021.

2. The property originally belonged to one A.Veeraiah and thereafter, after his death, the other legal heirs of Veeraiah namely, the mother and sister of the petitioner had given necessary relinquishment accepting that the patta may be given in the name of the petitioner/V.Ranjithkumar and in the names of his brothers namely, V.Premkumar and V.Senthilkumar.

3. A direction is given to the second respondent/Tahsildar of the Uthamapalayam Taluk to issue notice not only to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.19480 of 2021 petitioner but also to his two brothers, V.Premkumar and V.Senthilkumar and also to his mother V.Kalavathi and his sister V.Rekha and make necessary enquiries and thereafter, take a considered decision on the representation given by the petitioner herein. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of sixteen (16) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
