ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry in connection with property comprised in Survey No.366/1A2A to an extent of 4 Acre 17 Cents situated at Thadicombu Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District, by taking appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 8 in a manner known to law, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 29.03.2025, within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.03.2025, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 8 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
