PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry in connection with property comprised in Survey No.303/1 to an extent of 2 Acres 35 cents situated at Pithalaipatti, Aathur Taluk, Dindigul District, by taking appropriate action against the 4th respondent in a manner known to law, based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2025 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry in connection with property comprised in Survey No.303/1 to an extent of 2 Acres 35 cents situated at Pithalaipatti, Aathur Taluk, Dindigul District, by taking appropriate action against the 4th respondent in a manner known to law, based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2025 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.
2.Now Section 77 A is not in existence, since the same is struck down. However, the official respondents have power to consider under Section 83, if there is any criminal ingredients in the transaction made by the 4th 2/5
respondent.
3.Therefore, the official respondents are strictly directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2025 by conducting an enquiry under Sections 82 and 83 and pass appropriate orders. If there is no criminal ingredients in the transaction, the official respondents are at liberty to direct the petitioner to approach the appropriate Civil Court. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
