ORDER

The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of proceedings in O.S.No.88 of 2021 from the file of the District Munsif Court, Ambasamudram to Sub Court, Kovilpatti, since she is residing at Kovilpatti. The Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Though the notice served on the respondent and his name is also printed in the cause list, no one has appeared either in person or through counsel.

3. Considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the O.S.No.88 of 2021 pending on the file of District Munsif Court, Ambasamudram is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Kovilpatti, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. The District Munsif Court, Ambasamudram is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti forthwith. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
