ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to issue patta in the petitioner's name in respect of the property in question, by considering his representation dated 24.08.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the property in Survey No.66/53 measuring an extent of 4 cents at Notchikulam Village, Notchikulam Group, Iyan https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.19557 of 2018 Natchiyarkovil Panchayat, Srivilliputhur Taluk, belongs to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has given two representations to the third respondent to issue patta in his favour. Since no order is passed by the third respondent, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the Tahsildar, Srivilliputhur, has issued a letter dated 05.08.2020 in Na.Ka.A2/2454/2020 to the Additional Government Pleader stating that the petitioner is not eligible for grant of patta as per enquiry. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. The letter issued by the third respondent shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Nosts.
