ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MURUGA BOOPKATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SRINIVASARAGHAVAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and MR.V.SAKTHIVEL, Advocate for the 3rd Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 82 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.(MD)SR.No.29194 of 2024.

2. Mr.V.Sakthivel, learned counsel takes notice for the third respondent.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and the respondents 1 and 3. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 3 have raised objection in allowing this petition.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed on the payment of costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Court, within a period of two weeks from today. Failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
