************* The learned counsel for the appellant filed a memo, dated 3.07.2018 informing the Court about the death of the sole appellant. In fact, this Court, by order, dated 31.07.2018, directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption ''for dismissal as abated'' on 02.08.2018.

2.On 02.08.2018, at the request of the learned counsel for the appellant, the matter was adjourned after two weeks, for taking steps. But till date, no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant. 3.Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. There is no order as to costs.
