O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the third Respondent to issue patta in the petitioner's name in New Survey No.158/2 Old Natham Survey No.34/3, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the official respondents submitted that patta has already been granted in favour of the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the impleaded private respondent questioned the very grant of patta in favour of the petitioner. This issue cannot be gone into in this Writ Petition and if the private 2/4

respondent is aggrieved by the issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner, it is left open to the private respondent to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
