ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the appellate Court, namely learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur to dispose of the appeal in CA.No.93 of 2022. 1/4

2.The petitioner was convicted under Section 323 IPC by the trial Court, against which he filed the aforesaid appeal before the appellate Court, in which the sentence has been suspended. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that because of the aforesaid conviction and sentence, he has been removed from service. So, he can workout his remedy only after the disposal of the aforesaid appeal. So, according to him, this is the urgency. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that the appeal is of the year 2022. 4.When the trouble has been explained by the petitioner with regard to his service matter, that must be taken into account. Since the offence is simple in nature, there shall be a direction to the appellate Court to dispose of CA.No.93 of 2022 within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
