Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SENTHIL KUMAR R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11776 of 2023 on 30.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
