Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue an Writ or Order or Direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.03.2017 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law in respect of correction of measurements in land in Survey No.398/14 situated at Nagamalaipudukottai, Vilachery village, Madurai west taluk, Madurai District.

ORDER

By considering the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader that the petitioner's representation has been considered on 06.12.2019, this Court is of the view that the disobedience in considering the petitioner's representation within the stipulated period of eight weeks cannot be deemed to be wilful. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved against the rejection order dated 06.12.2019, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
