dated 10.11.2011 and 1986 of 2013, dated 30.05.2013 in the name of the respondent 5 and 6 respectively with regard to the petitioner's house site of an extent of 1650 sq.ft in Plot No.2 comprised in R.S.No.165/2B, Old T.S.No. 165/2, Balaji Nagar, Ward No.21, Thirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District within the time stipulated by this Court and for other reliefs.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. All that the petitioner wants is to dispose of the petition mentioned application. No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The interested parties including the private respondents herein will have to be necessarily heard before the final 2/4

order is passed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the first respondent to pass orders one way or the other. The only direction that has now been given is for expeditious disposal of the petition mentioned application.
