Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful running Sri Annapoorani Hotel at Bye Pass Road, Velakkal, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District for 24 x 7 on all days of the years under G.O.Ms.No.61 dated 02.06.2022 and consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2022.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful running Sri 1/4

Annapoorani Hotel at Bye Pass Road, Velakkal, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District for 24 x 7 hours on all days of the years as per G.O.Ms.No.61 dated 02.06.2022 and consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2022. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per the G.O.Ms.No.61 dated 02.06.2022, if the petitioner complies the provisions of Tamilnadu Shops and Establishments Act, they will not make any trouble to the petitioner. But however, he would further submit that the representation is still pending and the same may be disposed of within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any adverse order is passed by the first respondent, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

3.The said statement of the learned Additional Public prosecutor is placed on record.
