police for the offence punishable under Section 394 of IPC, in Cr.No.212 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is said to have waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed a mobile phone and a wallet from him and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard both sides.
